Once your new Altruist account(s) have been established, you will be prompted to proceed with the account transfers.  These notices will typically be received within 2-3 business days when your account has been established. 

These emails will be coming from hello@altruist.com.

Please note that you will be receiving a separate email notification for each transfer being initiated.

Once a transfer request has been reviewed and confirmed, the request will be processed.

Transfers to Altruist typically only take 3-5 business days to be completed.
